Cancellation Policy
All services are NON-refundable.
24-Hour Notice: Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the service price.
Same-Day Appointments: Must be modified or canceled within 1 hour or a 50% fee applies.
No-Shows: A 50% fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or cancellation with fees.
